The Windows Send To menu is something everyone has but is seldom used because of its extremely limited function. Few software authors install a shortcut there and it seems like the ones that do are virtually useless shortcuts. Open graphics and documents simply by sending them to the associated program. It will open with the file already loaded and ready for editing.
